I returned one out of two items on July 16 and it's been two weeks + and I still have not received my refund. I was also eligible for a 20% discount for signing up for emails and texts, and I have not received it either.
I called the customer service that promised to alert the management. Still have not received my money back. I guess, this company has cashflow issues and cannot be trusted.
