I have been trying to get a $297 refund for my 89 year old Mother since May, 2025. Have talked to Customer Service at least 3 times and was told each time that they received her return and that her refund was not escalated to next level for a return. Each time they told me that they were doing that as we spoke. Also received emails from "Frank" in customer service stating the same. 3 months later, still no refund. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. It is easy to do. I encourage each of you to do the same. I have to wonder if they are aware of Elderly Abuse
