UPDATE: Finally received 2 (of 5) orders (1 with the promised FREE SHIPPING), hence 2 stars instead of 1 (no refund on shipping on the other) HOWEVER, I need to return at least 1 of 3 items and I see NO ONE is getting refunds on their returns. Still NO RESPONSES TO ANY OF MY written inquiries. THIS CONTINUES TO BE A REALLY DISTURBING SITUATION. BEWARE! So sad😢
