This is the worse company regarding shipping , organization, and follow through. I’m so disappointed. I ordered 3 item by phone. They were having a sale, so unordered as I browsed the catalog. The man I spoke to over the phone knew nothing about the items but claimed he did. I had to return 2 items because the fit was off. I was told it would be free returns.
I’ve been calling the company everyday. The refunded my money for one item. I was told I’d get an email...have not.
I hope I can solve this problem.
The company is too much of a headache to deal with. And I feel that if there are extra charges...that should be information given to the buyer up front. I hat that.
If the company did better, I’d enjoy purchasing from them...but they suck and take money. Who does that?
