10 times now I have raised and followed up on a very simple matter for non-delivery of goods.
Your customer service agents are by far the worst I have ever experienced and the utter lack of ability to read what the customer has spent time writing is pathetic!
We do not add information to the conversation, so as it can just be ignored and have MORE of our time wasted.
This is beyond awful and I will most likely be closing my account down due to these experiences!
