What a terrible company. Paid for next day delivery, in fact i paid for a year delivery. The company didn't deliver so contacred them via their 'chat'.. Its a bot to start with. After about 5 minutes of no answers and going through the process, u get a queue to wait. 15 minutes later somebody asks exactly the same questions as the 'bot' . Whats the point !!! After being told by 1 represenative the old hadn't been despatched i get cut off. Next customer service person aays ' wait until the end of the day as delivery is up until 8pm. ??? Remember not been despatched. After 3 people I request a cancelation of order inly to be told that they couldn't cancel as it had been 'processed' and was in the system. I would have to wait and get delivery, return to them and then request a refund. I was told 3.5 days for delivery as it hadn't been given to the deluvery cimpany yet, then wait 2 weeks for the refund and to top it all an additional 3.5 days if paid by card. THIS IS AN ONLINE COMPANY. Please save your time as if you have a problem forget it

You pay for next day and get nothing told it will be delivered day after you get nothing. Contact customer services and it’s like talk to a wall what a utter let down and a joke I would pack up if I were you.

Absolute cowboys - refused to accept a return of completely unworn shorts. Sent them back to me with a threatening letter! They should go out of business with this attitude!

Can’t even create an account to become a customer!Multiple times tried to set one up but always get “Please check your address details and try again”. Absolutely nothing wrong with my address.

Got to cart only to find click and collect unavailable. Their live chat made me wait 20 mins to speak to them, asking the question twice. By the time they came round, I was on another tab. They made me wait again, same thing, not answering the question. I asked again, put me in a queue for a third time? No thanks, bye!

I've tried to order something 3 times this week. Used the address search on the website to try and get it delivered to my work place so I can guarantee I'm there. As Evri are the worst delivery company and won't trust them to not just to fail to deliver. The excuse I'm getting is that royal mail can't find my work address. Which is funny as I know they use Evri for their delivery and I can guarantee it's a real address... I work there!! It must be an automated process that is just not fit for purpose!

Utterly awful company. Seem to be unable to complete a basic transaction or offer any form of customer service. I tried, but failed, to make my first order with them as they strung me out and cost me money. I will never interact with them again and I suggest you do not start.

Set up and account, given a credit limit and when I placed my first order a few days later they cancelled the order and removed my credit limit with absolutely no contact regarding the matter. Customer service is useless, just fob you off with copy and paste replies. This will have now have an impact on my credit file, so they will be reported the the financial ombudsman. Avoid this company!

Terrible Experience with Jacamo - Avoid! I am extremely disappointed with the appalling customer service I received from Jacamo. Despite providing my correct address (which I’ve used successfully for years), they had the audacity to cancel my order, claiming “insufficient address information.” This was completely untrue and utterly frustrating. To make matters worse, it took an unreasonably long time to process a refund. The entire experience was riddled with inefficiency and a lack of accountability. Not only did they fail to deliver what I ordered, but their communication throughout the process was poor. I felt ignored and undervalued as a customer. If this is how Jacamo treats its customers, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This company clearly doesn’t care about providing a reliable or respectful service. Avoid at all costs!

Shocking company all they do is fob you off with 48 hour responses.no one ever responds to emails for products I've been charged and never received from evri.

Terrible. I ordered some trousers and paid extra 9.99 for the next day delivery. This was on a Tuesday 27th. On Thursday 29th I got an apology email for the delay and gave me 25% off my next order to use by the 31st. Wow less than 2 whole days. The 31st is here and still no trousers. Today was the day I needed my trousers and no item. No explanation to say where they are or when they will arrive. The money off voucher has expired but why would I use it when the items do not arrive.

Just don't!! No communication, and their chat team will lie to you!! I recently placed an order, which they cancelled as they could not locate the address on THEIR systems, but they sent nothing to confirm this. Annoying as I paid almost £6 for next day delivery as I needed it quickly. I only found out it was cancelled the next day when I checked my account! I contacted their "chat" team, who confirmed it was cancelled, and the reason why. The advisor assured me he would get it re-sent straight away. As I still had no confirmation the next day, I contacted their "chat" team again, but was advised the order was still cancelled and they wouldn't actually be able to get it resent as I would have to pay again because the original payment was being refunded, but would take 7-10 working days to go back into my account. So it would seem the first advisor had lied to me!! I then called customer services who confirmed the above, and offered to put the order through again. Despite all this inconvenience, the best they could offer was free re-delivery. As I needed this item quickly, I agreed to pay again (despite original payment not yet being returned), but they were then unable to do so as they still couldn't find the address on their system, and they would not enter manually. (This is not even a new build address, and is quite obviously on Google maps) So, the long and short of my experience, a lot of wasted time, I'm still without the item, I was lied to, offered no real assistance to get it sorted, and I will be paying for it twice until Jacamo eventually send my refund....thanks Jacamo, one star is really one too many!

Awful. Terrible customer service who ignore your emails and don’t answer questions. Have charged me a large amount of money for clothes that were returned and that I don’t own, even though I had proof I don’t own them!! USE NEXT, far better company.

Awful company. Made an order and typed in my new address only for them to send it to an address I lived at 3 years ago. There customer support is shockingly BAD. They try to put the blame on you and not them and havnt even offered to resend my order to my actual address. Will never use them again

STAY AWAY FROM THEM! Worst online shopping experience…I ordered some clothes and followed Jacamo’s own size guide…clothes didn’t fit at all and didn’t look like pictures…called the customer service to arrange their carrier (Evri) to pick up the parcel to return; their carrier never showed up…called Jacamo and they said they couldn’t do anything…definitely don’t recommend
