Set up and account, given a credit limit and when I placed my first order a few days later they cancelled the order and removed my credit limit with absolutely no contact regarding the matter. Customer service is useless, just fob you off with copy and paste replies. This will have now have an impact on my credit file, so they will be reported the the financial ombudsman. Avoid this company!

Terrible Experience with Jacamo - Avoid! I am extremely disappointed with the appalling customer service I received from Jacamo. Despite providing my correct address (which I’ve used successfully for years), they had the audacity to cancel my order, claiming “insufficient address information.” This was completely untrue and utterly frustrating. To make matters worse, it took an unreasonably long time to process a refund. The entire experience was riddled with inefficiency and a lack of accountability. Not only did they fail to deliver what I ordered, but their communication throughout the process was poor. I felt ignored and undervalued as a customer. If this is how Jacamo treats its customers, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This company clearly doesn’t care about providing a reliable or respectful service. Avoid at all costs!

Shocking company all they do is fob you off with 48 hour responses.no one ever responds to emails for products I've been charged and never received from evri.

Terrible. I ordered some trousers and paid extra 9.99 for the next day delivery. This was on a Tuesday 27th. On Thursday 29th I got an apology email for the delay and gave me 25% off my next order to use by the 31st. Wow less than 2 whole days. The 31st is here and still no trousers. Today was the day I needed my trousers and no item. No explanation to say where they are or when they will arrive. The money off voucher has expired but why would I use it when the items do not arrive.

Just don't!! No communication, and their chat team will lie to you!! I recently placed an order, which they cancelled as they could not locate the address on THEIR systems, but they sent nothing to confirm this. Annoying as I paid almost £6 for next day delivery as I needed it quickly. I only found out it was cancelled the next day when I checked my account! I contacted their "chat" team, who confirmed it was cancelled, and the reason why. The advisor assured me he would get it re-sent straight away. As I still had no confirmation the next day, I contacted their "chat" team again, but was advised the order was still cancelled and they wouldn't actually be able to get it resent as I would have to pay again because the original payment was being refunded, but would take 7-10 working days to go back into my account. So it would seem the first advisor had lied to me!! I then called customer services who confirmed the above, and offered to put the order through again. Despite all this inconvenience, the best they could offer was free re-delivery. As I needed this item quickly, I agreed to pay again (despite original payment not yet being returned), but they were then unable to do so as they still couldn't find the address on their system, and they would not enter manually. (This is not even a new build address, and is quite obviously on Google maps) So, the long and short of my experience, a lot of wasted time, I'm still without the item, I was lied to, offered no real assistance to get it sorted, and I will be paying for it twice until Jacamo eventually send my refund....thanks Jacamo, one star is really one too many!

Awful. Terrible customer service who ignore your emails and don’t answer questions. Have charged me a large amount of money for clothes that were returned and that I don’t own, even though I had proof I don’t own them!! USE NEXT, far better company.

Awful company. Made an order and typed in my new address only for them to send it to an address I lived at 3 years ago. There customer support is shockingly BAD. They try to put the blame on you and not them and havnt even offered to resend my order to my actual address. Will never use them again

STAY AWAY FROM THEM! Worst online shopping experience…I ordered some clothes and followed Jacamo’s own size guide…clothes didn’t fit at all and didn’t look like pictures…called the customer service to arrange their carrier (Evri) to pick up the parcel to return; their carrier never showed up…called Jacamo and they said they couldn’t do anything…definitely don’t recommend

Change interest rates on goods already purchased so eg a grand on the catalogue Apr changed over night from 34.9 to 39.9 on items purchased on a different APR. Clothing over priced. Complaints department are absolutely a waste of time. Monthly direct debit, no no no not with these crooks. They do 28 daily so eventually it will lapse eg 2 days before you are due to be paid from your job. The direct debit will bounce then they charge £12. On every level a sxxt company. Not to mention a year or so ago my account was hacked due to their systems. Some moron ordered a laptop to somewhere in Manchester. Il pay this down and shut down. DONT MAKE THE MISTAKES I HAVE.

I was a little concerned when I didn't receive an email confirming my order. As it was a Sunday I gave them the benefit of doubt. I then tried to log into my account but details were not recognised. So, I clicked on "forgotten details" to receive an email to reset password. Guess what.... no email received. I have looked everywhere on their site to see where they are based, guess what..... no information whatsoever. Got a feeling this isn't going to end well.

Don't buy tech from this joke of a company. They'll wait a few days and then cancel your order. Then it's too late to reorder from any other firm as PS5 bundle offer has been sold out! Useless.

Customer service is pretty good when you get in touch with an issue. It's just this constant having to re-order when there is an issue, I just wanted some shirts that fit, and ordered first time, didn't fit (that's totally my fault.) Returned. takes up to 10 days to get a refund. So I ordered the smaller size so I'm not waiting, they turn up worn out and filthy, damaged too. Get in touch with customer services, they handle it well. 15% off and free next day delivery, great, that package turns up and there is stuff missing. Rather than send out another it's a refund and re-order game. So what started as me wanting a few shirts has turned into a massive hassle with goodness knows how much of my money in limbo and going back and forth to shops to return parcels.

The clothes are great, but the worst customer service in the game. Had an issue were the website reverted my delivery address to an old address and I couldn't get hold of anyone after hours of trying. Truly poor.

Great range of styles and sizes , reasonably priced , but why on earth do the use Evri as their courier . Absolute shambles of a company. Lost 2 deliveries in 3 weeks . Please use another courier .

I have been a satisfied customer of Jacamo for quite some time, but my recent encounter has left me thoroughly disappointed. Today, I attempted to raise a complaint concerning an unsatisfactory return experience and the condescending manner of a support agent. To my surprise, the courier left without collecting the package, causing inconvenience and frustration. When I contacted the Customer Support Chat, the agent was "Jody," I was informed that I had to stay home for another day for another courier to come collect. This response seemed like a joke to me. Furthermore, when I expressed my desire to file a complaint regarding Jody's conduct and the mishandling of the return process, I was met with resistance. I encountered a complete lack of empathy and was redirected to pursue alternative complaint channels. This dismissive attitude left me disheartened, as it conveyed a lack of concern for customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, this incident has tainted my opinion of Jacamo's customer service. It is disconcerting to experience such unprofessional behavior, especially when attempting to address a valid issue. TLDR: my recent experience with Jacamo's customer service has been extremely disappointing. The mishandling of my return, combined with the dismissive response to my complaint, has left me questioning the company's commitment to customer satisfaction. I hope that Jacamo takes this feedback seriously and takes steps to improve their customer service in the future.

__ DO NOT USE ___ Placed an order in January - payment given. Goods Failed to arrive - refund issued - all good. 64 days later - take full payment without any notice or reason!! Now refuse to answer e-mails. Crooks or Useless ???

Whatever you do, do not open an account and start ordering from this company! Trying to charge me since November of last year for an order I never received as the courier Evri (no surprise there, then) lost the parcel. Since then, I’ve made numerous complaints which apparently should be dealt with within eight weeks but four months later I’ve not had one single call or email to deal with this, but all this time my credit score is taking a massive hit as the amount of this order I never actually received keeps being taken off and then put back on my closed account making it look like I keep applying for new credit with them. Even though like I previously mentioned, the account has now been closed so how the hell does that happen?! Because of this, apparently the complaint will no longer be dealt with so it’s just gonna carry on and on!
