I was a little concerned when I didn't receive an email confirming my order. As it was a Sunday I gave them the benefit of doubt. I then tried to log into my account but details were not recognised. So, I clicked on "forgotten details" to receive an email to reset password. Guess what.... no email received. I have looked everywhere on their site to see where they are based, guess what..... no information whatsoever. Got a feeling this isn't going to end well.

Don't buy tech from this joke of a company. They'll wait a few days and then cancel your order. Then it's too late to reorder from any other firm as PS5 bundle offer has been sold out! Useless.

Customer service is pretty good when you get in touch with an issue. It's just this constant having to re-order when there is an issue, I just wanted some shirts that fit, and ordered first time, didn't fit (that's totally my fault.) Returned. takes up to 10 days to get a refund. So I ordered the smaller size so I'm not waiting, they turn up worn out and filthy, damaged too. Get in touch with customer services, they handle it well. 15% off and free next day delivery, great, that package turns up and there is stuff missing. Rather than send out another it's a refund and re-order game. So what started as me wanting a few shirts has turned into a massive hassle with goodness knows how much of my money in limbo and going back and forth to shops to return parcels.

Set up and account, given a credit limit and when I placed my first order a few days later they cancelled the order and removed my credit limit with absolutely no contact regarding the matter. Customer service is useless, just fob you off with copy and paste replies. This will have now have an impact on my credit file, so they will be reported the the financial ombudsman. Avoid this company!

I have been a satisfied customer of Jacamo for quite some time, but my recent encounter has left me thoroughly disappointed. Today, I attempted to raise a complaint concerning an unsatisfactory return experience and the condescending manner of a support agent. To my surprise, the courier left without collecting the package, causing inconvenience and frustration. When I contacted the Customer Support Chat, the agent was "Jody," I was informed that I had to stay home for another day for another courier to come collect. This response seemed like a joke to me. Furthermore, when I expressed my desire to file a complaint regarding Jody's conduct and the mishandling of the return process, I was met with resistance. I encountered a complete lack of empathy and was redirected to pursue alternative complaint channels. This dismissive attitude left me disheartened, as it conveyed a lack of concern for customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, this incident has tainted my opinion of Jacamo's customer service. It is disconcerting to experience such unprofessional behavior, especially when attempting to address a valid issue. TLDR: my recent experience with Jacamo's customer service has been extremely disappointing. The mishandling of my return, combined with the dismissive response to my complaint, has left me questioning the company's commitment to customer satisfaction. I hope that Jacamo takes this feedback seriously and takes steps to improve their customer service in the future.

__ DO NOT USE ___ Placed an order in January - payment given. Goods Failed to arrive - refund issued - all good. 64 days later - take full payment without any notice or reason!! Now refuse to answer e-mails. Crooks or Useless ???

Whatever you do, do not open an account and start ordering from this company! Trying to charge me since November of last year for an order I never received as the courier Evri (no surprise there, then) lost the parcel. Since then, I’ve made numerous complaints which apparently should be dealt with within eight weeks but four months later I’ve not had one single call or email to deal with this, but all this time my credit score is taking a massive hit as the amount of this order I never actually received keeps being taken off and then put back on my closed account making it look like I keep applying for new credit with them. Even though like I previously mentioned, the account has now been closed so how the hell does that happen?! Because of this, apparently the complaint will no longer be dealt with so it’s just gonna carry on and on!

DO NOT USE this company ordered goods on the 5th November paid for next day guess what it didnt arrive eventually got an answer and told it would arrive by the 8th did not arrive. So checked my account order shown as despatched clicked track this order and EVRI who are shocking at the beast of time states we are expecting your parcel....so back onto customer service and guess what get connected to chat but then get disconnected!!...Then to top it off check my credit card and they have taken the money for goods they have not even sent out yet..so now i will be calling my credit card company and provide them the details of my order and your tracking number and try and get my money back as your customer service team seem happy to avoid dealing with customers you have fleeced!!!

Their customer services lied to me in a chat conversation twice, lied regarding deliveries and have still not dealt with my complaint 2 months later. These are cowboys that sell cheaply made items AVOID, AVOID, AVOID !!

Terrible customer service. Was supposed to receive my parcel 2 days ago. It just says delayed, no explanation, no way of finding out more info. Awful won't use again

I placed an order for a coat. Delivery stated 3-5 days which meant it would arrive for when I needed it. I checked the email receipt and the delivery was scheduled for much later. I contacted customer services to cancel my order to be advised that they didn't have the item in stock - it would be another 8 days before they took delivery of it. The money as taken from my bank and they refused to refund until they had the item in stock.

Very bad experience with this company, never receive my order never received any update when I contacted they they told me that the delivery company lost my parcel....very nice reson. Never recommend to anyone.

I have ordered from Jacamo for years. Recommended to so many friends. Literally every pay day I'd order some clothes. I used to love the Label J and black label products. Always had really good designs at reasonable prices. This is now sadly a thing of the past. This is such a shame. I've now had to look elsewhere. In fact recently I even ordered some of these brands off ebay. Just do not understand why they stopped these products? Now its the same boring brands. Mainstream clothing I call it. I want something abit different. And I used to find it with Jacamo. What happened?

I give up with this company they can't get any order correct.Nov failed to deliver and that parcel is still showing in Hermes depot.. Dec order everything wrong.. and now all I order had to go back sent another order for next day delivery and cancelled a previous order and they cancelled all orders.. shambles useless company

Useless customer service, would not recommend. Placed an order on 31 Jan 2022 for 4 of the same item. Received 2 of the items within a couple days but have not since heard anything regarding the remaining items. I emailed Jacamo a few days later and then again more days later but have had no response. I spoke with someone on the on online chat last week to be told my query would need to be escalated and that somebody would contact me via email with further information, it has now been a week with no word. A couple days ago I made a query through their online form with still no reply. Have just made a phone call but they aren’t able to give me any information as it is my bosses name on the account. when I asked why they haven’t replied in the other forums though even though it was under my bosses name and the company email used on the account I was told he couldn’t tell me that either. Now we are at a loss as what to do as it seems I cannot even cancel the order. do not shop here!

Ordered a novelty light for a Christmas present. Once opened on Xmas day the recipient went to put the cable in the USB port and it fell inside the unit meaning it would not work. Contacted Jacamo who advised to return for a refund, I asked for an exchange but they would not do that. Went through the Hermes return to parcel shop, used the printer in the shop and it was sent back. Nearly two weeks later I heard nothing, I contacted Jacamo via email who advised they hadn’t received and could take up to two weeks for refund. I waited then contacted them recently as it was nearly a month now. They don’t have the item. Asked me for the receipt from the return (now nearly a month later so it’s been thrown out no doubt) and have been advised no refund. Why they didn’t ask for the receipt during first contact if they didn’t have the return after a few days is beyond me. I would have still had the receipt at that point. Anyway having used Amazon and Hermes returns for years, not one parcel has ever went missing. Using Jacamo one time, and receiving a faulty item, and then they advise they never received the return (even though it’s the same process and same company I’ve used for other companies) - doesn’t fill me with hope for ever using them again. Thanks god I’m not a heavy set man so I won’t ever need to use their company for clothes.

Just spent an hour on the phone after receiving the wrong items! All I wanted was for the correct order to be sent out asap!! This it seems is far too difficult! So now after a very confusing conversation, I've had to pay again including postage (talk about an insult) I also had difficulty getting the customer service rep to tell me how much he was actually charging me to get my correct order delivered after he kept changing his mind about discounts and goodwill gestures and ended up paying only £1 less after a supposed 25% discount and free postage and to add insult to injury I won't be refunded for the original order until they receive the return of the wrong items THEY SENT !! It's like a bad joke "come on Jacamo" I know we all make mistakes! But all other good quality companies no names mentioned apologise and immediately send out the correct goods free postage of course and most certainly DO NOT expect you to pay again for their mistake and then have to wait days for a refund of the original order!!! It saddens me greatly that customers are treated this way and has put me off ordering again!!!

Ordered a phone from jacamo for a Christmas present and it never arrived. Went missing at the parcel force delivery centre. 5 weeks on 1 phone call on hold for over 30mins at premium number. 😡😡😡 which the customer service agent was useless and couldn't understand the queen's English. They asked my email to contact me. Then nothing got sorted. Numerous emails later to then be told have I filled in a item missing from. No I haven't as your all useless 🤣. Jacamo are jokers. They are going to start charging me soon for no item. I don't want to rate them 1 star tbh. More - 10 is adequate.
