Quality control is not what it should…
Quality control is not what it should have been. Jacamo need to improve their quality control.
I purchased three Polo shirts, two fitted perfectly, the other,though supposedly the same size 4X, is a half size too small.
The two good shirts materials are made of a beautiful fine good soft material , where as, the third shirt is a course, ruffer material.
I would have liked to buy more of shirts in different colours, but, I did not have a choice of colours.
Also, due to the extreme variances in their sizes, I couldn't trust purchasing other Jacamo shirts as I was not certain of the fit. If all their fits in the same size & material quality could have been guaranteed, then I would've purchase more, but sadly this isn't the case.”

Despatch seems to be very slow of late. Orders can sometimes take 3 days to even leave the warehouse!
On two recent occasions orders of jeans have been completely the wrong size, way too small even though the label was correct.
When I returned them post & packing was not automatically refunded. I had to specifically ask for it as Jacamo had sent me the wrong sized item.
Please Jacamo, sort your service out and return to the good old days when orders were dispatched within hours and the garments were always the size ordered
Also Live Chat is so rarely available. What is the point of advertising it?”
