“The clothes are great, but the worst customer service in the game. Had an issue were the website reverted my delivery address to an old address and I couldn't get hold of anyone after hours of trying. Truly poor.”

“Great range of styles and sizes , reasonably priced , but why on earth do the use Evri as their courier . Absolute shambles of a company. Lost 2 deliveries in 3 weeks . Please use another courier .”

“Iv been with jacamo for 7 years and always been happy even told people about them have spent £1000,s with them …..BUT now they have change over to w willaims omg what hell they putting me tho 1 I could not het onto site ,,,,,they sorted that 2 get on site now but have no balance and no where to make a payment 3 write in 3 times get promise it be sorted ,still waiting ?????? 4 get letters saying im a good customer and can you help lol what a joke 5 keep hitting me with late chargers when its your flute 6 NOW TO TOP IT ALL YOU HAVE NOW LET CREDIT PEOPLE NO IM LATE WITH PAYMENTS 7 im disabled have a problem getting out why I like you lot as could be done on line ,and if you wish me to pay in bank I need slips so everone just take care they love you when you spending but when they much up they make your life hell ,”

“The goods were ok, sizes fitted well. However, they have sent items which Hermes have lost, and after five months of complaints they STILL refuse to resend or refund. Sadly wont ever use them again.”
