My best friend spent around £200 from them. He’s been paying back for the past few years and it kept going up. I ended up giving £750 to pay off the balance that it had built up to. This isn’t a real clothing business. It’s a payday loan style dodgy piece of dirt.

Wanted to buy from jamaco and realised when I get to the final part , they will want me to join a credit payment of sort which am not interested in. There’s no way to buy without not agreeing to their credit terms. Had to quit and when I checked other people’s views, am happy I didn’t purchase from this site . All thanks but no thanks to them ..

Fourth request for them to collect a return that was way too big. Each time, they promise it will be collected next day - MY ARSE!!!!

Ordered on the sat before christmas. Next day delivery. On site offered standerd delevery free. But paid for next day. Arrived on the friday. Was then offered £1 refund as difference in price . They dont care less.

Can you please check your internal people as there are absolutely rottone staff you got. I have not create any account to your online shopw but I keep receiving items. I returned it already and have proof of returned. But there was the first delivery that was delivered in the morning and was pick up back in the afternoon. Of course I have to give it back as he introduced himself from hermes courier company (same company that deliver the item that morning). Now I am contacting you for so long waiting in your contact fone number 25minutes and no answer. Finally, when I spoke to one of your staff, they do not settle the case and have not deleted my account as I still received some item the other day... What a nightmare!!!! Please call me 07748928942

Ordered an Xbox one and paid online. Next day order had been cancelled and I was promised a refund in 5 working days. 5 working days later, no refund. I spoke to customer service who promised the refund again, in 5 working days. 5 working days later, guess what? No refund. I speak to another member of customer service who explain that the refund was not processed last time and they are very sorry, but they have processed it now and I will receive it in 5 working day’s. So, today is 5 working days later and??? No refund. So I spoke to customer services yet again who yet again promise my refund in 5 working days. I lodged a complaint of non receipt of goods with my bank last week, so if I do not receive the promised refund this time, my bank will refund it to me, thankfully. Absolute nightmare!

I paid for next day delivery on Jacamo, I am going on holiday so there will be nobody at home to get the delivery, also i spent all my money with you guys for me and my sons holiday clothes, so now i will have to spend my holiday money on other clothes , this i cannot afford, i actually changed my order to items that were available next day delivery,I trusted your company to deliver what you said you would do and you didnt, i will make it a priority on social media to warn other families not to believe in what is advertised on your website. Terrible customer service. Emails are rude or just copy & pasted standard replies. They refuse to replace faulty items and take weeks to issue refunds. AVOID!

Customer service is terrible. Refuse to replace faulty items, they take 2 weeks to refund them instead and leave you to make another order. Email communication is entirely just copied & pasted standard responses.

Bought some jeans - OK..after 2 months ..the zip went..sent a pic..they said return the jeans ..did...then had 10 EMAILS TO AND FROW AS TO TRY TO UNDERSTAND PROBLEM THEN WILL TAKE TWO WEEKS TO GET THE REFUND..THEN OF WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT..CAN YOU PROVE YOU SENT IT !!!!!!!..YOU ARE KIDDING ME!!!!!!..THANK GOD ONLY £ 20 POUNDS ...!!!!! never use thIS SITE crooks!!!!!!

Do not in any circumstances use this company outright awful experience.holding back refund for selling faulty goods. Have been in touch with trading standards who I gather no of this company

24/05/2019 I make an order with next day delivery, 25/05/2019 delivery never arrive, got copy of fake signature image, and message as delivery been made! For two weeks I try to contact customer services of Jacamo, bad luck, provide them with all information they asked, and only get a negative response from them, still have no my goods, and no money for missing goods by Jacamo, Very bad attitude, very bad customer services!

I get emailed everyday and I can’t log on. I can’t cancel as system doesn’t recognise password. If I can’t log on stop emailing me. There is no way to reset password with ringing and being charged. I can’t cancel account as I can’t log on. It’s a catch 22 . It’s stressful

I have no idea if it's the Jacamo people themselves or the utterly appalling delivery people they use - but don't count on them, they will in all probability let you down. I ordered a shirt to wear for my daughters wedding (many days ahead). Two days before I get a message saying they tried to deliver but nobody was in (lie number one). The next day they say it's been delivered (lie number two). Later that day they say the parcel has been damaged and returned to the warehouse (which may or may not be true). Disgraceful service, all they can do is offer a refund, not even an apology for the lies. Unless you don't mind being taken for a fool my advice is simply to avoid them - and their dreadful lies. Ordered xmas presents from yourself for my partner but because you use Hermes to deliver items which as said delivered but still haven’t received x3 items!! I won’t be ordering again as items have been stolen and I am now out of pocket!!

Very bad at rectifying their own mistake. You need to think if you want to spend hours of your time dealing with an inept customer services department before buying from them.
