Customer service is pretty good when you get in touch with an issue.
It's just this constant having to re-order when there is an issue, I just wanted some shirts that fit, and ordered first time, didn't fit (that's totally my fault.) Returned. takes up to 10 days to get a refund. So I ordered the smaller size so I'm not waiting, they turn up worn out and filthy, damaged too. Get in touch with customer services, they handle it well.
15% off and free next day delivery, great, that package turns up and there is stuff missing. Rather than send out another it's a refund and re-order game.
So what started as me wanting a few shirts has turned into a massive hassle with goodness knows how much of my money in limbo and going back and forth to shops to return parcels.
