“Ordered an Xbox one and paid online. Next day order had been cancelled and I was promised a refund in 5 working days. 5 working days later, no refund. I spoke to customer service who promised the refund again, in 5 working days. 5 working days later, guess what? No refund. I speak to another member of customer service who explain that the refund was not processed last time and they are very sorry, but they have processed it now and I will receive it in 5 working day’s. So, today is 5 working days later and??? No refund. So I spoke to customer services yet again who yet again promise my refund in 5 working days. I lodged a complaint of non receipt of goods with my bank last week, so if I do not receive the promised refund this time, my bank will refund it to me, thankfully. Absolute nightmare!”

Despatch seems to be very slow of late. Orders can sometimes take 3 days to even leave the warehouse!
On two recent occasions orders of jeans have been completely the wrong size, way too small even though the label was correct.
When I returned them post & packing was not automatically refunded. I had to specifically ask for it as Jacamo had sent me the wrong sized item.
Please Jacamo, sort your service out and return to the good old days when orders were dispatched within hours and the garments were always the size ordered
Also Live Chat is so rarely available. What is the point of advertising it?”

“I have no idea if it's the Jacamo people themselves or the utterly appalling delivery people they use - but don't count on them, they will in all probability let you down.
I ordered a shirt to wear for my daughters wedding (many days ahead). Two days before I get a message saying they tried to deliver but nobody was in (lie number one). The next day they say it's been delivered (lie number two). Later that day they say the parcel has been damaged and returned to the warehouse (which may or may not be true). Disgraceful service, all they can do is offer a refund, not even an apology for the lies.
Unless you don't mind being taken for a fool my advice is simply to avoid them - and their dreadful lies.
