They have terrible customer service, take hours to respond on the chat-- and seem to expect you to check back every few minutes to see if their representative has happened to appear-- and after promising to resend a returned item, which they never did, and never responding at all to repeated further attempts to "chat," and costing me hours, took it upon themselves to cancel my order-- on the grounds that they do not ship internationally.
And after I finally left for the US, they sent me an email from a "customer service" rep blaming me for their failure to send the item, and claiming that Jackson's does not ship internationally. Yet the website claims to send "hundreds of order around the world" daily.
Not my idea of a place where I would take my business.
