“Very disappointing service :-
We went to the Cannnington Store and picked out a set of pastels as a gift, they were marked as $34.95 in a stack on a shelf
when we went to pay the price changed to $42.70!! I queried this the lady stated that there had been a price rise and it must have been missed, but she could give us a 10% discount! we agreed (in a hurry buying for Xmas) next we are told the payment has gone through at $42.70 so she could not give a discount and we were stuck with the higher price !!!
I said ok we'll just get a refund and start again but was told there is a very strict refund policy and she'll have to call management.
We were in a hurry so paid the $42.70 BUT I FEEL RIPPED OFF BY THESE SHONKY BUSINESS TACTICS!! and will never shop at or recommend Jacksons again,”

“J'ai passé une commande le 10/02/23 et je n'ai jamais été livrée ! sur le numéro de suivi tout s'arrête le 16/02 aux douanes française. Pourtant quand j'ai passé ma commande s'était bien stipulé que les délais de livraison étaient de 7 à 15 jours. Nous sommes le 27/02/23. Maintenant le service client me dit que c'est une estimation et que c'est 15 jours ouvrés alors que ce n'est stipulé nulle part ! Impossible d'obtenir un remboursement ! ça ne m'était encore jamais arrivé de rencontrer de tels problèmes avec un site vendeur. Je m'apprête à déposer une plainte auprès du RICPC et de contacter le DGCCRF l' econsumer.gov et le ecc-net. N° de commande : 700037578”

“They have terrible customer service, take hours to respond on the chat-- and seem to expect you to check back every few minutes to see if their representative has happened to appear-- and after promising to resend a returned item, which they never did, and never responding at all to repeated further attempts to "chat," and costing me hours, took it upon themselves to cancel my order-- on the grounds that they do not ship internationally.
And after I finally left for the US, they sent me an email from a "customer service" rep blaming me for their failure to send the item, and claiming that Jackson's does not ship internationally. Yet the website claims to send "hundreds of order around the world" daily.
Not my idea of a place where I would take my business.”
“This company stole my money. I placed an online order for Collect+, but was told I chose the "incorrect" postage option, so the order was returned to them and is now lost in Hermes limbo. As a customer, how am I supposed to know what the incorrect & correct options are, and why on earth does their checkout flow let users choose the "incorrect" postage option? It's now been over a month since I placed the order and I've received neither a replacement order, or a refund. Avoid this company.”

“Made two orders while a product is on and still on promotion, never got the promotion price as advertised, never got the free gift that was advertised being a free unison pastel... I spent a total of 172$ and only got half my order while the other half is supposedly at my front door... but maybe it's invisible?
I cant get in contact with the company nor the delivery service on any platform, and definitely, doesn't matter how many emails you send, no one gets back to you.
So false advertisement, you won't receive all of your order, and they don't respond to you.”
“Not shipping an order for 3 weeks after it's been paid for, no communication at all, totally ignoring emails and support tickets. Choose another store. I'd rather pay more but actually receive my paints.”
“They promise great worldwide service but in reality are not a good choice for worldwide service. Their communication is poor and their service is second rate. Do not purchase here if you live outside of UK. Unanswered emails and no valid shipping is not good business for 2020. Creating a shipping label is not the same as shipping your product. Come on guys...get with it.”
“IGNORE EMAILS REGARDING ORDER, TERRIBLE!
They were emailed by me to combine my 2 orders and they didn't do so, they also were given clear instructions to package my parcel unbranded and they failed to do so. They did not respond to my emails either. SICK OF THIS LOT.
