Very disappointing service :- We went to the Cannnington Store and picked out a set of pastels as a gift, they were marked as $34.95 in a stack on a shelf when we went to pay the price changed to $42.70!! I queried this the lady stated that there had been a price rise and it must have been missed, but she could give us a 10% discount! we agreed (in a hurry buying for Xmas) next we are told the payment has gone through at $42.70 so she could not give a discount and we were stuck with the higher price !!! I said ok we'll just get a refund and start again but was told there is a very strict refund policy and she'll have to call management. We were in a hurry so paid the $42.70 BUT I FEEL RIPPED OFF BY THESE SHONKY BUSINESS TACTICS!! and will never shop at or recommend Jacksons again,
