I bought a 'Radio Control Car Radio Gear & Battery Combo - Mid Level' as part of the package I bought. It was missing the battery. We bought the package at the start of lockdown but haven't got round to opening it till now because it was a gift to someone. It was missing a battery but rather than sending me the missing part they offered me 20% off a new battery as it's past 30 days which seems arbitrary. It's a Jadlam package that was missing the item. If the box was missing a part then sending me the part seems fair IMO. It's a high-value part so this is very frustrating. Definitely won't use them again and have lost a customer in me. Have email correspondence for proof.
