I had at least three different people who started the case and passed it off on someone else's. I had to do all the work. They only contacted me twice before the hearing and once after. You could never get it contact with anyone over the phone. I knew the result of the hearing before the lawyer. I contacted them by email to notify them of the results and still have not been contacted back. So if you want terrible representation this is definitely the law firm to have.
