“Lived in this area a long time and the employees at Jan's company are not treated fairly and paid poorly for their work. The turnover rate at her office is unreal and it is mainly due to the lack of pay and a high school like work environment from executive staff at that. Some of the executive staff, not necessarily Jan, are creating a toxic work environment as well as putting their work on those under them. Some have actually stolen thousands of Jan's dollars without her knowing by claiming work was done when it wasn't. If you are looking for an attorneys office that is actually trustworthy and reliable, I'd look elsewhere because this place is toxic.”

When I asked them twice to do their jobs and get it movin along so I have an income, they refused saying “they don’t like when people call in to get it moving along. We have to wait.” Which is a lie. “As a Desert Storm Combat Veteran, after trying to fight the VA on my own for nearly 15 years, and having my initially (in 2000) granted 20% of Service Connected Disability first reduced and then completely taken away (in 2008), I had given up.

“I had contacted this attorney several years ago to represent me on appeal. The did good on this. Hence the three stars. If you use attorney make sure the contract is specific about issue and time. I had claims pending that they did nothing on but took 20 percent. I filed claims no assistance from them they took 20 percent. I filed supplemental claims no help took 20 percent. Lastly I added my dependants no help from them they took 20 percent. Said that because they got me to 30 percent they were entitled to it. I got myself to 30 percent. They may fight for you. But they cost me thousands of unearned money. Use a vso or other free service. Learn from my mistake”
