My initial call and assessment was excellent. The lady filled me with hope and excitement about choosing Jan Dils. Absolute mess after that. Poor communication, staff read off a screen when talking about my case never looked or did their research prior, and no fight. They could care less about your confusion or frustration. They are just as confused. Go elsewhere!
