“I contacted the firm regarding a Veterans Claim matter. When I received the new client package, via regular, United States Postal Service mail, it contained my complete date of birth, my complete social security number, and address. Everything needed to construct an identity theft. On December 18, 2023, I contacted the firm :304.428.8900, to complain. After being placed on hold for 20 min, I terminated the call. Shortly thereafter, I received a return call from "Beth," who identified herself as a case manager. After I explained my displeasure with having my contact information exposed. The summation of her word salad . . . "it is not illegal," so we can do it. I protested, asking why that information could not be redacted, she responded with, not including the information was impossible, because I gave them my information.”
“They want the client to do their job for them. By going to the Social Security administration and state unemployment offices to retrieve work history.”
“Ihad Jan Dills lawyer firm as my attorney and let me tell you if you want a lawyer that does not work. Then this is the lawyer for you. I had at least three different people who started the case and passed it off on someone else's. I had to do all the work. They only contacted me twice before the hearing and once after. You could never get it contact with anyone over the phone. I knew the result of the hearing before the lawyer. I contacted them by email to notify them of the results and still have not been contacted back. So if you want terrible representation this is definitely the law firm to have. PS still waiting on that call back Jan Dills attorney at law.”
