I contacted the firm regarding a Veterans Claim matter. When I received the new client package, via regular, United States Postal Service mail, it contained my complete date of birth, my complete social security number, and address. Everything needed to construct an identity theft. On December 18, 2023, I contacted the firm :304.428.8900, to complain. After being placed on hold for 20 min, I terminated the call. Shortly thereafter, I received a return call from "Beth," who identified herself as a case manager. After I explained my displeasure with having my contact information exposed. The summation of her word salad . . . "it is not illegal," so we can do it. I protested, asking why that information could not be redacted, she responded with, not including the information was impossible, because I gave them my information.
