Great customer service. Had a small issue yet very surprised at how quickly and professionally the Janet’s staff acted to assist me.
Honestly some of these online courses and websites can be dodgy, but I was genuinely surprised, impressed and happy with Janet’s professionalism.
I will study further courses with Janet due to their expert service. However, I do hope in the near future Janet can reduce the pop up adverts that block certain features of the course presentation.
