I like the good service and helpful staff when visiting. and the prompt delivery to my home in the west country ( a £100 rail trip is the alternative!)
One concern, was the production dates/ use by on rice in the online photo was for an older batch. When in store I noticed the rice was more recent. thus I bought a small pack on line.
