The older lady working on the Tom Ford counter is just dreadful.
I’ve encountered her a few times over the years, and she is so rude, judgemental & unhelpful.
I spend a lot of money on Tom Ford, however will always refuse to buy from her (after a terrible experience with her about 4 years ago) There’s another lady who is just lovely. This one is dreadful. I see I’m not the only one who thinks so. Come on Jarrolds, listen to your loyal customers and sort this out!
