Went into jarrolds today as I had a 20%off loyalty offer so decided to treat my wife to a pair of boots only to be told when going to the counter that they weren't part of jarrolds so the boots were full price but they still scanned my loyalty card,why bother if they're not part of jarrolds so came to the conclusion that 20%off is a con to get you in the store
