While the service was prompt and reliable as touted, the amount offered was WELL below the average market value of Taylor guitar submitted. Avg E-bay price (as well as Reverb and others) $1,377 - offer was $500. Fully understand they need to make a fair profit to stay in biz but over 100% is beyond fair. The old saying still remains true; "Price, Service, quality, pick two of the three". They choose Service and Quality.
