I had never heard of JB before I sold them my old laptop and was very skeptical that they were on the level. But most of the reviews seemed positive and so I gave it a try ... JB was great - easy to navigate website, wonderful communication, fast transaction/payment, and everything on the up and up. Maybe I could have received a little more if I had tried to sell the laptop locally, but it definitely would not have been worth the increase in hassle. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
