I bought 2 items from Jaycar Springvale road through click & collect. neither of them works. When I tried to return them, I was told I have to wait until after restrictions are lifted. Bunnings let me return a wrong item I purchased via click & collect without any problems a few days earlier. I told them a pair of gloves and leaving the item aside for 2 days should solve the matter. They didn't want to know. I will not attempt to buy anything from them again.
