I love the wine and it came fast.
BUT the UPS deliverer did NOT bring it up to my apt.
I did NOT sign for it.
He left it in the lobby and I had to lug it up in a hefty bag!!
I am a disabled woman and I can NOT keep ordering if they do NOT bring it up- it is too heavy!!!!
I would have ordered more bottles. but I was afraid he would not bring it up- as I told your phone rep.
In the past, it was always brought up and I had to sign!!!
