I've been a customer for, I guess, about 10 years or so, and have been totally satisfied for the entire time. Only once in that time has there been an error in my order, and it was cleared up with a simple phone call. And when I've made a mistake in my order, I've been able to easily correct it with their Customer Service. They have an excellent, broad selection of Kosher wines. An easily navigated web site. And fast delivery -- my orders are sent out the same day, and because I'm located near their warehouse, I receive it the very next day.
