I usually get good service from you, but this last time, it was over a week until I got an email that my order shipped. AND I got this email only when I complained that I had not heard from you, and is it possible that you forgot about my order. This is the only time this happened, since I have been ordering from you. I don't order much lately, since our local grocer stocks a good selection of kosher wine, but sometimes I want to try something that they don't have.
