Amazing customer service, order shipped very quickly. However, UPS failed twice to deliver the box on days when I was at home (they claimed they came to the door, but I was home and they definitely did not) and I wound up having to drive half an hour to their customer service center to get the box. Please consider shipping with FedEx! UPS is so frustrating.
Aside from that, excellent experience, and the wine was perfect for Passover at an incredible price.
