My order was complete, but in the post-July 4th back up, it took about 5 business days just to ship. The carrier, UPS, told us it was going to deliver between 2 and 4 pm, and we, of course, needed to sign for the package. My wife was home at 1:30PM, but they never showed up. Nor was a UPS slip ever left on the door. I checked my email and the driver noted he "tried" to deliver at 1:09PM. Since your warehouse now ships in 15 bottle cases for multiple case orders, I believe the driver just didn't want to carry the cases up our stairs, so just never stopped, didn't leave a slip, and just past us by. I made arrangements to go pick up the wine myself that evening on a 90°F day. At 7pm, I picked up the wine, and drove home. Opened the cases and the bottles were very warm to the touch. I hope they were not ruined: mostly rosés and whites, and some reds. UPS is horrible. This is not the first time they have done this. You need to find a better carrier, and stop shipping in such heavy boxes.
