I never got the box of 12 bottles ordered previously. UPS just notified me (delivery was to be today) that the merchandise was damaged and that they are sending the remainder back to you. They will perform an investigation and you will need to settle with them. I have been charged for the wine of course. Since it will not be delivered, I am cancelling the Master Card charge on my account. I am not reordering now as the wine was needed for the upcoming holidays. I will purchase wine locally--not enough time for shipping!
