My order arrived after being shipped across the country on a truck through the coldest weather on record. Unfortunately two of the bottles had frozen in transit and the corks had been pushed out and the contents spilled. Happily, they shipped me replacements, insisting that we wait until the cold spell passed. We did, and the replacement shipment arrived A-OK.
