Horrible experience with Michelle, Supervisor at 888-428-8810 (billing info).
We phoned about $31.83 balance paid by bank
transfer on 10/04/19......but NOT credited by
comenity/crew “syndicate” until 10/10/19, for which the “CROOKS” charged a late fee of $28.00....and after twenty minutes on the phone they, ongoing, “played games“, about
FIXING their “Business STUPID”
error/maneuver!!!👎👎👎.
