They make it impossible to get your money back if something is not right. Buy online at your own risk.

No option to enclose a card or get a gift receipt, but that was not evident until after the order was placed. I could not cancel the order without an order number. The order number was not available until the confirmation email was received, which took about 15 minutes (really!). Customer service then told me it was too late to cancel (really!). I ended up having to ask my credit card company to decline the charge...and now (about 30 minutes after placing the order), I get an email from J. Crew saying that the item is out of stock. Really.

Ordered Item#BJ869 Stacked heel ankle boots in leather burnished sand fro $97.49 sale price, non returnable. The leather is so cheap and they look like shoes from Walmart. I understood the no return but the quality is so low. What is happening with JCrew? These were just $189 and I bet many people returned them so they lowered the price and made them non returnable. Yuck!

In todays environment, it’s not good enough to take a week to ship stock items, then ship them USPS. just not good enough. Will not be ordering from Jcrew again.

I love the J crew Lavender paisley cotton halter dress in a lovely paisley print! The sizing runs a bit large so keep that in mind. The special icing on top is I got my favorite dress on sale. Thank you for honoring Police Officers and teachers with your discount!

I ordered two blazers on Dec 2, for my son and myself to wear to my daughter's college graduation on the 13th. The site guaranteed delivery by the 12th. I got worried when I hadn't recieved tracking info after 6 business days so I called customer service and they assured me it was going to arrive on time and I could relax and not worry. I finally received tracking info a couple days later and one jacket was to arrive on time but the other one, my sons blazer, said the 18th. So I called customer service and they said to create an account on UPS website and I could change delivery to overnight and they'd reimburse me. I spent about 30 minutes only to find out I could only speed it up one day and only if jcrew sent it surepost. So I called jcrew again and asked for a supervisor. She was very nice and, as I suspected, was able to rectify the issue on her end by recalling the jacket back to them and overnighting another one! When my other jacket arrived, the one for myself that arrived on time, it was wadded up in a shipping bag. I didn't like that because the exact same jacket in a different color arrived at my house a few weeks earlier on a hanger, with plastic cover, in a big box, but it wasn't a huge deal so whatever, but when I took jacket out of shipping bag, it smelled like perfume, had permanent wrinkles in elbow bends and armpits, lint on it and scrape marks in the velvet where someone had leaned on something or scraped up against something. I tried to scratch the marks off then realized I shouldn't have to deal with it so I called jcrew and asked for the same supervisor, she apologized but I could tell REALLY didn't want to help me on this one. Nice, but making excuses. She eventually agreed to send return label and overnight me another one (I wanted to wear it to college graduation that's why I ordered it!). I could tell she didn't want to, and guess what. SHE DIDNT. I didn't even get tracking until night of graduation, set to arrive on the 18th! . I knew she wasn't going to make effort to help me the second time. I had to wear something eise (I wasn't going to wear the one I received smelling like another persons perfume and with used marks all over it), which isn't end of world but I went through a lot to end up with no jacket for me and spent 2 hours trying to get my sons here on time. What a mess!!!! I'm over it! Not worth the trouble!!!!! NEVER SHOPPING JCREW AGAIN!!

Horrible experience with Michelle, Supervisor at 888-428-8810 (billing info). We phoned about $31.83 balance paid by bank transfer on 10/04/19......but NOT credited by comenity/crew “syndicate” until 10/10/19, for which the “CROOKS” charged a late fee of $28.00....and after twenty minutes on the phone they, ongoing, “played games“, about FIXING their “Business STUPID” error/maneuver!!!👎👎👎. Good riddance, J.Crew, comenity....dan white

We are standing in line on BLACK FRIDAY with only three registers opened. The line has about 50 clients waiting. I ask the Manager can you open more registers? We have not move st all. Manager: you are going to have to wait in line. Wowwww!!

They were offering 30% off not only regular priced items but also sale. Everything shipped for free. I like their stuff but normally I find it a bit pricey, so this was perfect.

Their customer service is always on point. I had to exchange a pair of shoes for the tiniest bit of damage recently (I actually felt silly calling about it, but the CSR didn't act bothered at all), and received them next day shipping at a lower price. CS experiences like this is what keep me coming back again and again.
