“Ordered Item#BJ869 Stacked heel ankle boots in leather burnished sand fro $97.49 sale price, non returnable. The leather is so cheap and they look like shoes from Walmart. I understood the no return but the quality is so low. What is happening with JCrew? These were just $189 and I bet many people returned them so they lowered the price and made them non returnable. Yuck!”
