I purchased an approved Porsche 991 convertible. It had covered 22.5k miles from new and after 5 months of my ownership 2.5k miles - there was a mechanical failure, a bolt sheared in the engine. The after sales manager (Scott Fairhead) has not engaged with me and so far has refused to pay anything towards a the repair in contravention of Consumer Rights Act 2015. Apparently they would after 3months but not 6months. The law is 6months. I welcome his review of this to reconsider not breaking laws designed to protect the consumer. Good luck everyone.
