I booked my Audi e-tron into the Audi Sheffield branch at Meadowhead in Sheffield. I asked the person taking the booking if I was still ok to drive the vehicle as it was a yellow warning and she promised to get an engineer to phone me back to advise unfortunately nobody phoned back.
The service department was horrendous and I had to constantly phone them for an update. The repair took over 3 weeks and although the parts from Audi were provided on a goodwill nature as the repair is a known fault JCT600 charged over £2K for the labour costs.
I feel really disappointed and quite angry in the way JCT600 has dealt with the repair
