Very Disappointing Experience with JTC600 - Castleford Branch I bought a brand-new KIA from JTC600 Castleford, and after less than 18 months and 28,000 miles, the car broke down. Despite paying for the best warranty package, they’re refusing to cover the repairs, claiming the clutch and flywheel aren’t included, though the warranty clearly covers the flywheel. On top of that, I’ve been left without a courtesy car, causing me to miss work as an NHS nurse. I’ve been quoted up to £2,000 for repairs, but the cost breakdown is unclear. When I asked for documentation from previous visits, I was told there’s no record of my car being checked, despite reporting similar issues early on. Throughout this process, the staff have been rude, dismissive, and unhelpful, offering no support at all. The lack of professionalism has been incredibly frustrating, and I am now taking further action as Kia have refused to help support me through any of the above issues.
