Rebecca Heart and Natasha Davenport were both lovely and very professional, demonstrating with ease and simplicity their knowledge and understanding of the Audi Q2 and all times demonstrated kindness and patience taking into account my disability. I was updated throughout the whole time making sure I was happy at all times and reassuring me nothing was too much trouble. The girls made the reveal of my car very special and Natasha as the mobility representative is still in contact with me reassuring me that she's there if I need her and asking sure I'm enjoying my car.
