Mis-Sold Vehicle – Dishonest Sales Tactics I recently purchased a Mercedes Benz Approved used car from JCT600 Harrogate under the impression that it had only one previous owner, as stated on the AutoTrader advert description as by the salesperson. However, after completing the purchase I started having multiple problems with the vehicle so I ran my own checks, I discovered the vehicle had multiple previous owners—far more than I was led to believe. This kind of misleading sales tactic is completely unacceptable. Had I known the true ownership history, I would never have proceeded with the purchase. When I confronted the dealership, they were dismissive and unhelpful, refusing to take any responsibility for the misinformation. I strongly advise anyone considering buying from here to do their own thorough checks before believing anything they are told. This experience has left me feeling deceived and out of pocket. I would not trust this dealership again!
