Ordered a Ronseal Wood stain but received the equivalent Everbuild brand wood stain. I queried why and was told that the website hadn’t been updated to reflect the Everbuild brand. I was offered a 15% refund for the inconvenience if I decided to keep the product or a full refund if I returned the product. I decided to keep the product as it did the same job as the Ronseal product. The customer service was quick professional and efficient. Would definitely use JDA DIY again.
