I'm giving four stars because they are easily contactable by email (In my experience) but I was unable to contact them by phone. The product was as advertised but the delivery took longer than I expected, and was left on my doorstep (courier issue, not JDS). Happy with the price and quality... but to gain the extra star I'm sure you will appreciate that there is always room for improvement.
