Items purchased were due to arrive within 2-5 working days. After 8 working days I still hadnt received the items and had to contact the company to see what had happened to the delivery. I received an apology for the delay which I was told was due to unexpected demand(!). Several days later I received one part of the order but not the other two items. I waited a further 10 days but received no goods and no explanation. I had to contact the company again and eventually received a refund as the goods had been 'lost in transit'. Not impressed with the service or communication.
