I paid extra for royal mail tracked 24 to ensure that I got my order within 24 hours. It was despatched at 12:02 on a Monday lunchtime and wasn't delivered until 1230 on the following Wednesday. That's more than 48 hours later. Therefore I wasted the extra money in paying for a 24 hour service to get the free 48 hour service instead.
