I ordered some jeans and asked for an alteration to the leg length. When I received them the alteration had not been done so an email was sent querying this. I was asked to return them for this to be completed and they refunded the postage. I now have my altered jeans. They apologised and paid the postage so I am completely happy with the result, excellent customer service from a company for a change.
