This survey is about the last thing I purchased, which was the "Best" shampoo and conditioner. I dont care for it at all!! I actually sent started a chat on your website and the rep from JB, told me to just keep using it. I have but I am extremely disappointed with everything about it! It leaves my hair looking and feeling lifeless and oily before its even 24 hours later from washing.
