I ordered the products on 12/28/22. For many days I would reach out to their chat room and inquire as to where my shipping information is. I was given excused that JB was hacked and robbed, and her chemist fell ill. All the while she kept promising my order would ship “tomorrow.” Eventually she ghosted me and was no longer replying. Concerned, I sent one last message to ask if I’d been scammed. Within minutes I was given a refund. I did not want a refund, I wanted the product and for JB to uphold some professionalism and transparency of which I received none. Tomorrow is 2 weeks since my purchase and I’m just now resolving. I don’t know what is going on with this company but it is safe to say I feel as though she could care less about my needs and wants as a consumer and I of course will never be retuning, good luck JB, hope whatever is going on for you personally gets figured out.
